Acceptable use
You're responsible for the outreach sent through your connected inbox, including reviewing AI-drafted messages before they go out if you use manual-approval mode. You agree not to use FuxuxRank to send unsolicited bulk email unrelated to genuine backlink outreach, to target sites in bad faith, or to violate a recipient site's terms of service.
Your inbox connection
Connecting Gmail or Outlook grants FuxuxRank permission to send mail as you and read outreach-thread replies for the purpose of running the product. You can revoke this at any time from Settings.
No guarantee of results
FuxuxRank finds prospects and automates outreach; it doesn't guarantee a specific number of backlinks, replies, or search-ranking or AI-citation outcomes.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that send abusive or non-compliant outreach, or that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
